Colby and Kelsey were great. Worked hard and fast! They were able to help us unload an entire 16’ POD in about an hour smiling the whole time! And all of this on the SAME day that I called. I HIGHLY recommend!
Unbelievably awesome experience with Move4U!!! This is the absolute best moving experience I have ever had. I called Chris on a Friday to inquire about help moving heavy furniture from a second floor apartment, and Chris had his guys, Kelsey and Kolby on the job immediately the next day. This kind of quality service is so rare, I was blown away. Kelsey and Kolby called me early in the day to let me know they had flexibility in their schedule and could help me out earlier than originally scheduled. They arrived at exactly the time we agreed and they made short work of moving incredibly heavy furniture for me. Kelsey and Kolby wrapped my furniture with padding and shrink wrap to ensure it was not damaged or scratched and then delivered and positioned it for me. I didn’t have to lift a finger. These guys were so great that they even helped me move a refrigerator after completing the furniture move. I highly recommend Move4U and encourage you to ask for Kelsey and Kolby. I certainly will use this company again. Thank you Chris, Kelsey and Kolby for top notch service!

I had purchased furniture from several different stores in Naples, and coordinating the pickups felt overwhelming. Move 4 U took all the stress off my plate—they communicated clearly, picked up everything right on schedule, and handled my new furniture with so much care.

I called 10 different movers in Naples for quotes. Moving is one of the most stressful events in your life, and as a senior, things are that much worse. The games, extra charges, all designed to empty your wallet were not something I was goi g to put up with. In desperation I turned to posting on Marco for reasonable movers. Chris of Move 4 U reached out, and I gave him a call. I could tell he was the guy I'd been looking for. No bullshit, a fixed price, 3 guys to load, 2 to unload, 125 mile move to Lake Placid, FL. Kolby and Kelsey showed up and it was on. Kolby took charge and it was quite a job. No complaints, just old fashioned hard work. If you are moving, please don't waste your time. Call Chis and save your sanity and money.

Shady, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility. Broke $400+ worth of furniture.
I had a terrible experience with this moving company. During my move, two brand new glass tabletops (from a sofa table and a bar cart) went missing. When I asked one of the movers, Sherman, where they were, he immediately said he “left them at the old apartment.” Why would you move the entire home EXCEPT the table tops? I went back the next day and they weren’t there.
When I contacted the owner, Chris, he said they needed to “investigate” before doing anything. He told me to speak directly with Sherman, but Sherman ignored every call and message I sent. Later, Sherman even lied to Chris claiming he tried to call me—which was completely untrue. Despite Sherman refusing to cooperate with the so-called investigation, Chris still insisted there was “no proof” my glass tops ever existed and refused to take any responsibility.
Both my boyfriend and the other mover Kenel witnessed Sherman admit he left the glass tops behind. Yet Chris dismissed everything I said, was rude and defensive, and made it clear he had no intention of making things right.
It’s obvious the movers broke my glass pieces and tried to cover it up with lies. The owner’s handling of the situation was equally unprofessional. Do not trust this company—they are dishonest, unaccountable, and will leave you stuck with their mistakes. Save yourself the stress and hire someone reputable.
They also show up in unmarked rented trucks. That should’ve been my first red flag. The glass table tops weren’t the only thing broken, my entertainment center leg was broken off and dining room chairs scuffed.

We told you we would replace your glass tops once we figured out where they even were at. Nothing was said once everything was moved in and obviously if the glass shelves existed all the needed done was for you to say can we go back and get them and we would've. We are a very reputable company and we do have our own trucks and if there are any damages we always take care of them. It has been a month since we talked and we figured that you found the glass tops and as far as the other furniture nothing was said. Give us a call and we will replace your glass tops. 
Chris and his team at Move 4 U came through for me. It’s hard to find a company with a level of professionalism that Move 4 U displayed throughout the provided service. Their level of communication throughout the entire process, the upfront pricing, and the care they took in picking up a very heavy table, wrapping it, and then delivering it, went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again, and I recommend others to use them as well.

These guys are the best moving service you can ask for ! I called last minute but no problem they were there and wrapped everything beautifully. Service and price was 5 star. An absolute must use for movers!!!!

Wanted movers for a small, quick move of 3 pieces of furniture from a villa to a 7.5'x5' storage unit barely a mile away. Gave me a 2 or maybe 3 hour time frame (can't quite remember), ending at 4p. Showed up 45 minutes AFTER the end of the time frame, with nothing but apologies, went 15 minutes over the easiest move they had all month (still not sure how they managed that) and charged me the full extra hour. Two stars because they didn't screw anything up during the actual move, and phoned me multiple times to tell me they were running late. Try someone else if you've got a small job, is my advice.
EDIT: Will not take my review down, because they most certainly did my move. I'm not a Mister. Move was from Wyndemere to The Lock Up on Livingston a few months ago. I remembered to write the review because I just came across your card again. Lot of apologies because the woman before me kept adding to the job which is why you were late.
